About ConnectedSolutions

How it works

ConnectedSolutions rewards homeowners for sharing energy (stored in batteries) with the grid during times of peak demand. Haven captures these rewards so we can offer homeowners the lowest-possible price on a system.

No solar? You can still enroll in the program.

Demand response events

During the hottest days of summer, your battery will automatically discharge to help the grid when demand for electricity is high – helping prevent power outages. Events only happen between 3 pm and 8 pm – never overnight.

Your battery will always have reserve capacity. And if there's severe weather, the system will not be used in an event.
